Stylishly well-appointed, characterful and intimate; three recently-converted holiday cottages on a friendly, family-run 500-acre private farming estate in the heart of the North Shropshire countryside, just 20-minutes from the beautiful medieval county town of Shrewsbury.

From the moment you’re first welcomed with complimentary home-made cake by Rachel and Gerry, the on-site owners, Burlton Cottages offer idyllic, unspoilt escapism – a perfect rural retreat. Open all year (short and long breaks available), bring the kids (cots, high chair and games available) and bring the dog (enjoy stunning country walks right from your door, with abundant wildlife every step of the way). To keep you connected, there’s secure, super-fast WiFi, whilst if you fancy a drink, or don’t feel like cooking, there’s a great pub within walking distance. Just steps away from the holiday cottages is the recently opened indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym – all complimentary to use during your stay here.  There is also a treatment room in the Spa if you fancy that all round relaxing pampering.
